From October 12th to 13th, 2023, the 15th European Hip Society Meeting (EHS) took place in Bern. The congress focused on topics such as
- Hip joint preservation surgery
- The young patient with a hip prosthesis
- State of the art of customized 3D hip prostheses in hip revisions
- Revision surgery in total hip arthroplasty and
- Hip registries
Merete was present as a Bronze Partner with an exhibition stand and hosted the Lunch Symposium titled “BioBall System: Hip Revisions Redefined! How does its Flexibility and Modularity Transform Orthopedic Surgery?” The symposium was moderated by Professor Luigi Zagra, and Dr. med. Sebastian Hardt from Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, as well as Dr. med. Jens Goronzy from University Medicine Dresden, contributed interesting insights into the BioBall® Adapter System and BioBall MaxiMotion Dual Mobility System.
