MetaFix™ TTF Plate

Arthrodesis of the upper subtalar joint

Developed in collaboration with Dr. Mark Blackney at Park Clinic Orthopaedics in Melbourne, Australia, the MetaFix™ TTF Plate is an arthrodesis plate for upper ankle joints that offers high primary stability. This is achieved using two headless compression screws (Merete® Cannulated HCS Ø 6.5 mm) inserted transarticularly and crosswise, while the MetaFix™ TTF plate is attached ventrally. This type of arthrodesis treatment provides excellent clarity and requires only a small approach.
