Developed in collaboration with Dr. Mark Blackney at Park Clinic Orthopaedics in Melbourne, Australia, the MetaFix™ TTF Plate is an arthrodesis plate for upper ankle joints that offers high primary stability. This is achieved using two headless compression screws (Merete® Cannulated HCS Ø 6.5 mm) inserted transarticularly and crosswise, while the MetaFix™ TTF plate is attached ventrally. This type of arthrodesis treatment provides excellent clarity and requires only a small approach.
Two plate angles (99° and 111°), anatomically shaped for left and right foot
Fixed-angle screw connection using MetaFix™ LS Screws Ø 3.8 mm
Two crossed Merete® Cannulated HCS Compression Screws Ø 6.5 mm
Clear view thanks to small (approx. 4–5 cm) anterior approach
Material: Titanium alloy (TiAl6V4 ELI, ISO 5832-3)
