MetaCun™ Plate

Fixed-Angle Midfoot Fusion Plate

Developed in cooperation with Dr. Jürgen Walpert, the MetaCun™ osteosynthesis plate is a fixed-angle plate-screw osteosynthesis system for arthrodesis of the midfoot. The plate is available in four different sizes; angular stability, which allows quick post-operative weight-bearing, is just one of its many benefits.

Properties / technical data

Fusion plate in four lengths (21, 23, 25, 27 mm)
K-wire holes allow temporary fixation of plate and osteotomy using crossed K-wires
Plate thickness of 1.7 mm in the main weight-bearing area
Material: Titanium alloy (TiAl6V4 ELI, ISO 5832-3)

Indications

Arthrosis of the tarsometatarsal joints (Lisfranc joints)
Arthrosis of the cuneonavicular joint
Arthrosis of the calcaneocuboid joint
